callback classes

In case anyone is still interested, I have uploaded
my callback classes to:

Supported compilers:
* Borland C++ 5.5 (C++Builder 5)
* GCC 2.95.2
* Microsoft Visual C++ 7

Note that for MSVC 7 copy construction can't
be used. MSVC 6 & BC++ 5.4 are not supported.
It hasn't been tested for other compilers.
