I'm still in denial over the WinCVS/Microsoft April Fools/Daylight savings 
time bug, which did *not* go away the 8th as MS had promised.  Thus haven't 
thought much about a release.

I guess it would be good to do a release in the next ten or twelve 
days.  After than there will be two weeks where a release isn't possible, 
since all the moderators will be at the C++ meeting in Copenhagen or 
recovering from related jet lag.

Let's say a tentative target date of Friday, the 20th.
