About crc.zip, version 15

The version of "crc.zip" released today, number 15, just corrects some
formatting problems and updates some HTML text.  You should test it to see
if it works with your compiler.  Also tell me of any errors in the code or
documentation.  So far, it has been tested with:

+   Metrowerks CodeWarrior 5, with 5.3 update, on the (regular) Mac OS
