[boost] MTL status

Hi Folks,

I recall from some discussions a while back that the MTL was going to
be adopted into Boost.  What's the status of that project?

I'm in need of a good matrix/vector library; nothing fancy, just the
basic objects and BLAS operations, and I need it soon (like last
week).  I know there are many such libraries; if Boost thinks that MTL
is 'the one', or even 'a good one', I'm inclined to go with it.

Any guidance would be most appreciated.
