Boost 1.22.0 Released

Boost 1.22.0 has been released on the www.boost.org web site.

* CRC Library added. Compute cyclic redundancy codes from Daryle Walker.

* Graph Library: Minor fixes.

* Integer Traits: added wchar_t specialization, minor portability fixes.

* Regex Library: Minor portability fixes.

* Smart Pointer Library: fixed bugs, tightened requirements, added 
examples.

* Utility Library: added checked_delete() and checked_array_delete() 
functions.

Note that the files are not available on the ftp site: this was hosted by 
SourceForge, and they have stopped offering an ftp site.  We will set up a 
new ftp site in the next couple of days.
