I don't think this will work for vector<cyclic_ptr<T> > because
the number of smart pointers is dynamic.  This is the "Dynamic
Proxy Container problem" outlined in the gcArt.bdy.html file
which I uploaded to boost in gc_sel_ssp.doc.zip.
