So we can keep a history of sorts in our headers. Also, if someone actually
wants to conditionalize by Boost version, it would help to have a record of
the previously used version numbers. If we do this, it would be better to
start putting the version number(s) in a separate file; I think the
<boost/config.hpp> proposal has that.
