One other quick comment,

add function10.hpp as lambda bind can take functions up to 10 arguments, we
might as well stick with a similar limit in the any_function code. (Avoid
newbie confusion...of course we could drop 1 from bind, but hey, it looks
pretty easy to extend function.)
