This is a very good start on coding guidelines. You have broken things apart
nicely. Obviously there is room for lots of discussion and of course formal
review. One question, however, is the copyright. I noticed the Copyright is
All Rights Reserved. This isn't the normal boost usage policy and I believe
will prevent free use (ie: copy and modify without permission of the authors).
I'm no lawyer, so I'm just asking what this means for usage w.r.t boost and by
others going forward...
