Independence day from CVS?

In honor of the holiday [1], maybe we should consider when the next release
of Boost should be.  The whole month of June was skipped, and we've had a
slew of formal reviews and other updates since May.  Those changes should be
freed from being stuck in CVS and put out to the entire population [3].

[1] It's Independence Day in the U.S., and probably a regular day in the
rest of the world [2].

[2] Do the British anti-celebrate this day?

[3] Sorry if I'm over-the-top, I'm just wondering when the next release is.
