Boost.Python Rich Comparisons

I have completed the integration of Python 2.1 Rich Comparisons
into Boost.Python. The documentation is in the boost_python_richcmp
CVS branch, but can also be viewed at this URL:

Links to three examples are at the bottom of the document.
See also the (fairly minor) changes to:

Everything is tested with Python 1.5.2 and Python 2.1, with
five different compilers each (see .mak files in build directory).

Please let me know if there are suggestions for changes.
If nobody objects, I will merge the new code into the CVS trunk
before the weekend.
