Will the vtl work under MSVC 7?  I would love to use it, but I plan on
porting to
Windows in about 6 months.

It currently uses partial specialization, so my guess is unless someone (as
in not me, I'm tired of fighting the compiler) does the work arounds for
that, it will have to wait for MSVC 7.1    Although sometime in August
Martin and I are planning on picking up the work on it and with luck and
skill it will "just work". (hahahahahah!)

  I do have a version of the original views code from Jon Seymore that works
with MSVC 6.5 but there are no where near as many views nor is the code
anywhere near as elegant, but the basic transform and filtering works. Drop
me a direct line and I'll pass it along. (It's not worth even putting in the
vault)
