Good there shouldn't be any output.  I added a new macro to work around the
::template problem, of course you will have to persuade the rest of boost
to use it...

The MPW compiler section doesn't currently define anything, and I'm sure it
should - but since I don't have a mac you'll have to figure out what - I
suggest you try building the individual test programs and see what gives.
(Did you ever get the regression test driver running on the mac BTW?)
