don't put boost in precompiled header in MSVC

I've just gone through a lot of effort to learn that including boost headers (at least iterator_adaptors) in your precompiled header (stdafx.h or whatever) in MSVC6 causes internal compiler errors if you try to use the the generator (instantiate it).

Just include boost headers directly, and it works fine.
