Problems with Boost 1.24.0

1.  /libs/utility/iterator_adaptors.htm
    a. The link to Jeremy Siek's page is local, instead of relative

2.  /libs/array/array.hpp.html
    a. The sample #include for <boost/config.hpp> is surrounded by
       two nested links
    b. The inner link is local, not relative

3.  /boost/token_functions.hpp
    a. It has over 100 extra line-break characters interspersed
       (a screw-up in CVS transfer?)

4.  /boost/config.hpp
    a. Mentions Metrowerks CodeWarrior Pro 7, which is still in
       beta, we should visit this again when CWP7 becomes final

By a local link, I mean the URL mentions a C: drive!
