It's still at:

* Checked if Boost 1.24.0 changed anything in the utility
  library (it didn't)
* Reduced the interface (suggested by Ed Brey)

I reduced the documentation to match, but I did add a new 
paragraph.  (Hint: what do null-pointer literals also look like?)

It should be the final final-candidate.
