There's no reason we can't discuss the interface; in fact I think it's a
great idea. I think to make the discussion worthwhile, the participants will
need to study the work that's already been done on mtl-3 and ublas (this is
unfortunately made harder by the lack of mtl-3 docs, but we'll get there).
