Then I would say that we need such traits
or, maybe
::boost::extensible_traits<is_euclidian_ring_tag, T>::value,

IMHO, Euclidian ring and Euclidian algorithm are so closely
related that I would be very suprised if
the "Standard" Euclidian algorithm did not work
for my user defined Euclidian ring.
