The other possibility is access during the half an hour or so of uploading 
or applying the updated web pages and files for a release.  I'll change the 
procedure to delete the old files first; then there won't be a possibility 
of that particular error.

Someday, somehow, I'll get higher than ISDN speed Internet access.  Sigh.
