If you look at the EDG web site (www.edg.com) it seems there are additional 
compilers using that front end.

The Edison Design Groups folks have been active on the C++ committee for 
many years, and have always been very accommodating.  If any EDG specifics 
are needed, let me know and I'll put you in touch with them.
