In an effort to cut down on inappropriate posts, we have just started
moderating all first-time posters. We have also updated the welcome message
that new members will get when they join. It will now read as follows:

Boost is a repository of free, portable, peer-reviewed C++ libraries.
It acts as a proving ground for new libraries, some of which may eventually
be proposed for addition to the ISO C++ Standard Library.
This list is for discussion of the www.boost.org web site and its contents.
In order to keep discussion on-topic your first post to this list will be
moderated. Please read the boost discussion policy at
http://www.boost.org/more/discussion_policy.htm. Violations may result in
summary banning.
