Hi boosters,
I know all the developers know this, but just to make it official,
especially as boost attracts more and more non-expert users --
shouldn't we put somewhere in the user documentation of boost that the
boost libraries reserve the namespace ::boost and any of its
subnamespaces, as well as all macro names beginning with BOOST_?
Also, is there a well-defined set of cases where user specialization of
templates in the boost namespace is allowed? I suspect the right thing
is to say that such user specialization leads to undefined behavior
except in cases where the documentation of that specific template says
otherwise. This probably ought to be said somewhere too.
