Update to status/Jamfile

Added test suites to easily run all of the tests for a library. For example,
you can now jam -f<allyourbase> iterator_adaptors static_assert to run all
of the iterator_adaptor and static_assert tests.

Added iterator_adaptor examples to the tests

Available in CVS.
