*** Iterator Adaptor - backward compatibility note ****

The iterator adaptor library is soon going to undergo some changes which
will break backward compatibility. The most important changes are already
checked in on the "iterator_adaptor_update" branch. Please take a look at
these changes for their impact on your code, especially if you have a
library which uses iterator_adaptor.

John Bandela:
By the way, John, token_iterator has already been updated on that branch,
but it would be great if you'd inspect the changes.
