Is dlw_int.zip good to go?

I think that dlw_int.zip is ready to be added to CVS.  Most of it is in the
form of new files.  However, it does have two files that are updates of
existing Boost files, integer.hpp and integer_test.cpp.  Can any current
users check those files to make sure the new versions can work just like the
current ones.
