boost.build linking exe

After looking at the code I have to admit I cannot figure out how to use "exe 
Foo : <lib>Alib ..."

Given the following project structure

root
+-Alib (library)
|
`-Foo (executable)

Root Jamfile looks like

project-root ;
subinclude Alib ;
subinclude Foo ;

I don't know how to make Foo link the correct Alib. Boost/Jam is CVS as of 
today.

Any help would be much appreciated.
