Yup, 'fraid it's a human rather than a FrontPage error. These days I
typically check my HTML with the W3C validator, but it looks like this
file slipped through the net.

Thanks. And I believe that the lexical_cast docs also suffer from the
same problem (Me, cut and paste? Never! ;->).
