Hmm.
I just looked again - there's going to be a clash, in that if a user
includes rational.hpp and the GCD header, they are going to get errors
because both libraries define boost::gcd.

What to do? Move the gcd implementation in rational.hpp into boost::detail?
Give up and use the dlw_gcd version? Either way isn't going to get done for
at least a few days, probably a couple of weeks if I am doing it...
