1.25.1 progress report

The 1.25.1 release is finished except for the actual web site update.  That 
is going very slowly, with lots of network and server errors requiring 
manual intervention.

So if you happen to look at the web site in the next few hours, don't be 
surprised if it is in an inconsistent state.

I'll post the usual notice whenever the site gets straightened out.
