Can Boosters provide a real-life examples of incorect, invalid, 
abused uses of Singleton. With the following answers:

1. Problem you were trying to solve originally.
2. Why did you choose a singleton pattern?
3. How did you implement a pattern?
4. Why did it fail to work? 
5. What an alternative (better) solution was found, if any?
