If I'm reading the results correctly, then there is a 500x difference between
the fastest and slowest on the preprocessor library test. One thing is sure.
It is possible to make a fast preprocessor.

I think that it would do good for some compiler vendors to profile their
preprocessors.
I also think that compiling time is an important quality of implementation
issue. This goes for both compiler vendors _and_ library authors.
