No objection at all - it's been on my todo list for a while but the thought
of wrestling with CVS has always put me off :-). Attached is the code
I was planning to add.
You were once after default constructors for the binders as well weren't
you? Feel free to add those too since I have now become convinced that
they are a good idea after all.
