Yes, only that I'm distinguishing between unary and binary predicates.
For example, is_zero, is_positive might be predicates of their own - or
would this be overkill?

Yes, it's much more powerful. But providing BOOST_CHECK_CLOSE as a
short-hand might still be useful.
