Changes to Boost.Functional

Does anyone have any comments to make about the changes to 
Boost.Functional in the functional.zip file in the vault?

Briefly, the changes were to add call_traits-ized versions
of 

  identity
  project1st
  project2nd
  select1st
  select2nd

as well as extended versions of

  plus
  minus
  multiplies
  divides
  modulus

The latter allow for differing argument types as in 
pointer+int=pointer.

If no-one has any objection, then I hope my good friend
Jeremy Siek will be so kind as to update CVS since he asked
for the selectors ;-).  [Unfortunately the computer on which 
I had CVS all set up was stolen and I have not yet had a 
chance to set it up on the replacement.]
