PREPROCESSOR library question

The docs say:
    if.hpp File Reference
        #include <boost/preprocessor/logical/bool.hpp>

So, is there a file called "if.hpp"? If so, what is bool.hpp?
Okay, so it appears that if.hpp exists, and includes bool.hpp. I think it
would be much clearer if we wrote:

    if.hpp File Reference

    if.hpp includes:
        boost/preprocessor/logical/bool.hpp
