In fact, I was about to do almost exactly the same thing for MPL and Loki
before my other work swamped me, but you went much further than I. Teriffic
job.

My other comment: When I was using MPL I found it quite natural to write
quoted metafunctions directly. The real reason for those MPL macros AFAIK is
so that we can easily re-use existing non-quoted metafunctions like those in
the type_traits library.
