Latest Win32 regression results

I've upgraded GCC to 2.95.3-5.  That had little effect on the results.

I also upgraded to STLport to 4.5.1. Results were mixed; four tests that 
had been failing now pass, but three that had been passing now fail:-(

I didn't include the preprocessor in the latest round; the two EDG based 
compilers take so long I got bored waiting and removed the test for now.
