Boost Test Library update

Hi,

I uploaded an update to Boost Test Library. There you will find 
couple fixes in code (mostly portability issues) and documentation.
I would like to ask bosters to provide an information about current 
testing results on different platforms. I am able to pass all tests 
under MSVC 6.0 and SunPro 5.2.
