concept check documentation

While learning the concept check documentation I
noticed that all the STL concepts have invalid links.
It looks like those sneaky SGI people moved them
from http://www.sgi.com/technology/stl
to http://www.sgi.com/tech/stl.

Kudos to all who developed a great library BTW. I just
wish concepts had language support, i.e

template<typename T: ComparableConcept>
void foo(T& t) {
  // ...
}
