Hi Vincenzo,

Since I am not actually using this compiler much, perhaps you and Ralf could
work out the refinements to the toolset? Ralf has CVS access so he can check
it in when the two of you are satisfied. One acceptable approach to dealing
with different versions is to switch things based on a variable. See
metrowerks-tools.jam for an example (using BOOST_CODEWARRIOR_7).
