BGL: breadth_first_visit Buffer requirements

The docs say that the Buffer must be a model of Buffer, but says nothing
about, e.g. what the value_type must be! It says the default is
boost::queue, but of course that's a template, not a type. How can I supply
a buffer type if I don't know what gets put in it?

Also, if you mention boost::queue you should link it to the documentation.
