suggested modification to smart_ptr.h

Hi !
I'm new in this group and that's my first mail to it.

I'm using smart_ptr.h for so long I've forgot where did I get it from...
Anyway, I'm using a version not like the one in the site, which seem rather
strange..

The difference in my version is the use of critical section which enables
multi threading.
If it is of any interest please let me know and I'll be happy to share it
with u all.
