Probably because I don't do detailed code reviews of other Boost libraries
on a routine basis. In this case, I am intimately familiar with the large
functions that will be inappropriately marked inline since I just reviewed
the code.

But I probably overreacted. I hope that this turns out to not be a practical
problem.
