I did a top level build, and that worked, ie. was able to
create debug and release versions of:
libboost_python.a
libboost_regex.a
libboost_thread.a

I ran tests for libboost_thread.a and the test in the lib/tuple
directory and they worked.

It would be nice if there was a single "jam" I could type and
get a whole set of tests that could be built, but I could
not figure out how to do that from the existing documentation.
