Boost depends on the coexistence of respect for consensus and deference to
the will of the person who's put in the sweat. Once a library is accepted,
its fate is in the hands of its maintainer(s). Samuel is free to call for a
vote if he wants one; he's also free to take the commentary of the group
into account and make an executive decision about this.
