Partial merge of unit_test_development branch?

Hello,
  It appears that the unit_test_development branch has only been partially 
merged into the head of CVS, because the "libs/test/test" directory contains 
quite a few tests that cannot be built because "libs/test/src" does not exist 
at the head of CVS. Blindly performing a merge of the branch resulted in some 
conflicts. I can try to resolve these myself, but I'm not quite sure if the 
merge is even supposed to occur now?
