Release plans

High time for a release.  We will follow the new CVS release procedures 
described in 
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/*checkout*/boost/boost/more/release_procedures.htm?rev=1.2&content-type=text/plain

The target date for release candidate branch is Monday, February 4th, 
around 15:00 UTC  (10:00 AM EST).

Please try to get your code in the main trunk stable by then.  Let me know 
if this schedule creates a problem for anyone.
