new shared_array bug?

Is the new version of shared_array correct? Borland C++ falls over when it
sees the following:

    template <typename D> void reset(T * p = 0, D d)
    {
        this_type(p, d).swap(*this);
    }

And the error here seems to be justified to me?

Also scoped_ptr_example.cpp and scoped_ptr_example_test.cpp need their
header includes fixing.
