BGL book feedback (was Re: [boost] Boost Graph Library book errata page?)

For those of you who have had a chance to read the BGL book, I'd love to
hear what you think of it (and perhaps others would like to hear too). Who
knows, there may even be a 2nd edition someday in which I can encorporate
the suggestions. I encourage posting reviews to this email list, or to
other book-review sites.
