About dlw_int.zip 8

In case no one noticed the announcement, at:

    http://groups.yahoo.com/group/boost/files/dlw_int.zip

is the 8th version of the updated integer library.  It changes the format of
the compile-time extrema templates and uses the Preprocessor library for
some test implementations.
